Andrew Stevens | Certified EOS® Implementer | Business Coach
I’m a Certified EOS® Implementer and founder of Commercial Optimisation Ltd, helping businesses across London and the Southeast achieve clarity, alignment, and sustainable growth.
My journey began as a musician in the British Army, where I learned the importance of discipline, structure, and systems skills that have shaped my professional career. After five years of military service, I moved into Sales and Sales Leadership, working with entrepreneurial Silicon Valley and North American startups to launch and scale their operations across Europe. I’ve experienced the highs and lows of scale-ups, scale-downs, acquisitions, and exits, and I credit my success to mastering proven business systems and methodologies.
In 2017, seeking a better work-life balance while continuing to make an impact, my wife Lucy and I founded Commercial Optimisation Ltd. In 2018, after seeing the transformative power of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) in one of my client’s businesses, I became a full-time EOS® Implementer.
Today, I work with businesses in London and the Southeast to implement EOS®, streamline operations, and drive growth while building high-performing teams. My goal is simple: to help companies achieve focus, accountability, and results—without sacrificing the work-life balance that matters most.
Lucy Stevens | PA | Finance and Book Keeper
Lucy Stevens is co-founder of Commercial Optimisation Ltd, where she plays a vital supporting role, managing the administrative, bookkeeping, and planning side of the business. With a Diploma in Secretarial Studies and a career spanning roles from Service Administrator to PA to the Board of Directors, Lucy brings extensive experience in organisation, efficiency, and business operations.
After taking time to raise her family, Lucy also ran her own bridal tiara and floral accessories business, combining creativity with entrepreneurial skill. Since founding Commercial Optimisation Ltd in 2017, she ensures the smooth running of the company’s operations, allowing clients and teams to focus on growth and performance.
Lucy supports businesses across London and the Southeast, ensuring administrative systems are efficient, processes are clear, and operations run smoothly making growth and alignment achievable for leadership teams.
